Forging Elite Fitness

So at the beginning of last month, I discovered CrossFit. If you don’t know what that is, it’s “constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement.” And if you don’t know what THAT is, congratulations — you are a normal human being. That said, use the power of the Googles and figure it out.

In any event, eight classes and four weeks later, I’m officially done with the “Elements” class, in which they teach me everything I need to know to succeed and become really really ridiculously ripped. But if I go to these classes two-to-three times a week (which I inadvertently typed as “weak” initially…no coincidence I’m sure), I’m very quickly going to forget my progress.

Enter BLOTUS. I’ll start using this site to help me log what my results were. In the words of P90X’s Tony Horton (fine, I’m a sucker for fitness fads), “How are you going to know where to go, if you don’t know where you’ve been?” Deep thoughts.

The only rule is that you’re (the two of you who read this) (no, literally) not allowed to joke on me for my pitiful results. I’m new to this. I’m learning. I’m trying to get better.

The next few posts are going to be some retroactive posts, because I just got this brilliant idea today. So, commence with the fun.
