3 Overhead Lunges Each Leg (Snatch-grip) (135/95)

3 Power Snatch (135/95)
3 Overhead Squat (135/95)

Me: 105 / 4 (85) / 3+4 (85)

I’m glad I went to the 6:30 a.m. class instead of the 5:30 a.m. class because I crushed the 6:30 competition (I can’t help it, I’m competitive) and would have gotten smoked in the 5:30. Had the highest AMRAP scores, both rounds and weight, for both sets.

Had the bar come down on my head with one of the overhead lunges though. No es bueno.

Regardless, my press needs a lot of work. Much harder when you can’t use that little dip to get you over.
