10 Lateral Jump Burpees (over your barbell)

Me: 115-145-170 / 5+2 (95)

Due to Columbus Day, they didn’t have the early morning classes. Luckily work was a little slow today so I was able to duck out in time for the last 7:30 class (unless you’re my boss in which case nope this is all fictional). Originally tried to do 115, but my hands were still sore from the skin getting ripped off last week, so the 115 was actually pretty painful.

I think it’s time for me to find a new 1RM for the deadlift. W00t.
