5 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)
10 Weighted Lunges (front rack) (135/95)
15 Bar Facing Burpees

Part C:
Tabata Hollow Rocks

Me: 120 (PR) / 16:40 (95) / 48 (?)

That was just a lot of stuff today. We went well over our time thanks to the hollow rocks. My score for the hollow rocks, by the way, is sort of a wild estimate as I lost count pretty much after the first round.

A note to my future self: 95 lb weighted lunges are hard.
