Part A:
Establish 1 RM Front Squat

Part B:
AMRAP 12 minutes
10 Toes to Bar
10 Jumping Squats with back racked bar (45/35)
10 Ring Rows
10 Front racked bar Step Ups (45/35, 24”/20”)

Me: 190 / 3+6 (Knees-to-Elbow / 45)

First time doing three days in a row, which is exciting.

First time finding 1RM for front squat – had to stop at 190  because my form was suffering (knees).

Knees to elbow felt better this time, and I changed my grip there to make my hands hurt less. Also exciting. Pleased with my form throughout the finisher.
