Actively decided to skip CrossFit yesterday so I could catch up on some sleep after a heck of a week in NYC and then weekend in Charlottesville. Meant to run after work instead, but it started raining literally just as I headed out.
I was somehow able to get myself to wake early enough to get a run in this morning — 3 miles in an unknown amount of time. My In the process I think I pulled something in my left hip/lower back and also something else in my right ankle.
Why do I fail so hard?
